Residential Building
The Development ‘Project’ will be a distinguished purely residential building composed of 12 floors with two apartments each.

The Development shall comprise a floor area of 260 sqm which can be either designed as one or two apartments on every level.

In the two apartment option, the type A unit shall be a 3 bedroom of 150 sqm while the type B unit shall be a 2 bedroom of 110 sqm for all thirteen consecutive floors. For the option of one apartment per floor this can also be realized with a total floor area of 260 sqm.
The top floor shall consist of a penthouse unit of 170 sqm including terraces.

Ein Mreissé Development will be a distinguished residential building to be designed by a reputable architect.

The Development will be positioned as a decent mid-size quality residential apartment, with carefully selected materials to cater to people who value quality, comfort and beauty.

The building shall comprise thirteen floors and a penthouse level. The repeat floor shall be designed with option to accommodate two apartments of which a three-bedroom unit type of 150 sqm approximately and a two-bedroom unit type of 110 sqm size in addition to the option having one apartments per floor with 260 sqm area.

Each apartment will benefit from two unobstructed parking space and therefore we envisage 5 underground basements to provide sufficient parking space. The first three floors Type B may only benefit from one parking space. A price adjustment to those units will apply.
