Hisham Kalo

Founder & CEO

Hisham Kalo has over 30 years of experience in real estate, finance, and marketing. He began his real estate career in Lebanon in 2008, where he developed three residential buildings. In 2011, he founded Al Bani Development, leading multiple projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including villa communities, residential buildings, and mixed-use developments. His portfolio spans more than 62,000 sqm of built-up area in Riyadh alone.

Hisham is recognized for his strategic market vision, design focus, and hands-on leadership. He was also a founding member of Shaza Hotels in collaboration with Kempinski. Hisham holds an MBA in Finance from Thunderbird and completed the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management program (Unit I).
