Omar Al Jaroudi is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of leadership experience across investment banking, private equity, real estate development, hospitality, and food services. He has served on more than 20 boards and committees across the Middle East and Europe, bringing deep expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and strategic growth. Previously, he was the CEO and Executive Board Member of SHUAA Capital Saudi Arabia, leading major investments across real estate, logistics, and hospitality. Today, Omar advises companies on public listings and long-term strategy, and sits on the boards of firms such as Avalon Pharma and Blink Experience. He holds an M.A. in Economics from Syracuse University and a B.A. in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
