Omar Al Jaroudi is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of leadership experience across investment banking, private equity, real estate development, hospitality, and food services. He has served on more than 20 boards and committees across the Middle East and Europe, bringing deep expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and strategic growth. Previously, he was the CEO and Executive Board Member of SHUAA Capital Saudi Arabia, leading major investments across real estate and property development in Saudi Arabia, including residential buildings and large-scale developments. Today, Omar advises companies on public listings and long-term strategy and sits on the boards of several companies, both listed and private.
